Multicamera Live Broadcast – CCOG Cup 2025 Final in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni (PAC du Maroni vs EJ Balaté)

Samir Mathieu - Responsable Communication CCOG

Primo Studio handled the audiovisual production and live streaming of the CCOG Cup 2025 final, featuring PAC du Maroni against EJ Balaté, at the Oriane Jean-François Sports Complex in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni (French Guiana).

Our mission: to deliver a smooth, immersive, and dynamic live broadcast with multicamera directing close to TV standards, enabling the audience to experience the event in real time, even remotely.

Thanks to a well-managed broadcast control room, varied angles (mobile cameras + PTZ camera), and a full graphic overlay (score, transitions, animations), the match benefited from professional enhancement, boosting the event’s visibility and the CCOG’s image on the web and social networks.

As part of the 2025 CCOG Cup, the goal was to broadcast the final live with professional directing quality to make the event accessible to the widest audience and offer a viewing experience close to a television broadcast.

CCOG wanted a live production capable of:
- enhancing the sporting event and its organization,
- ensuring stable and enjoyable real-time streaming,
- providing a clear visual identity (score, graphic elements, transitions),
- capturing the match’s intensity (key plays, atmosphere, celebrations) through multicamera coverage.

This mission included the entire production chain: capture, directing, streaming, and graphic overlay.

To ensure a smooth and immersive live broadcast, Primo Studio deployed a comprehensive live production setup:

- Multicamera capture
- 4 mobile camera operators to follow the gameplay, actions, and atmosphere.
- 1 PTZ camera suspended high for a wide angle and complementary field coverage.

- Directing & live streaming
- Live management via OBS Studio (sequencing, transitions, streaming, integration of graphic elements).
- Implementation of key moment replays (goals, fouls, highlights) using dedicated plugins.

- Production control & efficiency
- Real-time scene control and triggers via Touch Portal for reactive directing.

- Audio management
- Mixing and source control via Elgato Wave Link, ensuring stable and balanced sound during the live broadcast.

- “Broadcast” graphic overlay
- Design of the live’s visual identity (scoreboard, transitions, goal animations, banners) using Figma and After Effects, delivering a coherent, professional, and event-enhancing result.
