In 2026, Primo Studio French Guiana supported RSMA French Guiana in designing and launching a strategic visual campaign, serving as a true attraction lever for local youth.

Through the creation of 8 visuals in a 4/3 format, paired with optimized digital distribution, the goal was to highlight the various training programs offered by RSMA and strengthen its image as a key player in professional integration in French Guiana.

Our approach combines immersive visual production, demanding artistic direction, and targeted digital strategy to create content that is inspiring, accessible, and engaging. Each visual was designed to showcase a specific profession while helping young people envision their professional future.

In French Guiana, the RSMA (Regiment of Adapted Military Service) plays a fundamental role in addressing social and economic challenges: youth integration, access to employment, skills development, and support toward autonomy.

In this context, visual communication becomes an essential tool to:
• Highlight training opportunities offered;
• Make professions accessible and concrete in the eyes of youth;
• Reassure families about supervision and career prospects;
• Strengthen RSMA's visibility at the territorial level.

Training in securing property and people (intrusion, fire, occupational hazards).
Modules: SSIAP1, A2SP, ACVS + light vehicle license, first aid, and professional integration.
