Video Production – Résilience Tour French Guiana 2025 in Mana (AFPCNT)

Audiovisual production in French Guiana: filming the Résilience Tour in Mana (November 13–14, 2025) for AFPCNT. Editing with DaVinci Resolve, graphic design, delivery within 4 days.

As part of the **French Guiana** stage of the **Résilience Tour**, held on **November 13 and 14, 2025** in the municipality of **Mana**, the **French Association for the Prevention of Natural and Technological Disasters (AFPCNT)** commissioned us to produce a **summary video**.

The goal was to create clear and dynamic content that would:
- **review the proceedings** of the two days,
- **highlight the key moments** and important messages related to prevention and resilience against risks,
- deliver **results quickly** for post-event distribution (web and social media communication).

To meet AFPCNT's request, we set up a comprehensive **audiovisual production / event filming service**:

- **Organization & on-site coverage**
- Deployment of **2 camera operators** across **2 days** (November 13–14, 2025) in **Mana (French Guiana)** to ensure thorough and smooth coverage of key sequences.
- Filming of **highlight moments**, ambient sequences, and all necessary elements for a coherent summary video.

- **Fast post-production**
- **Footage review and video editing using DaVinci Resolve** by a **dedicated editor**.
- Crafting an “explanatory” narrative: **what happened**, **how the event unfolded** over the two days, and the main takeaways.

- **Graphic design & finishing**
- Creation of **graphic dressing** (titles, presentation/branding elements) for a professional look consistent with the event’s communication.

- **Controlled turnaround time**
- Delivery of the final version within **4 days** from the end of filming to finished product, respecting the requirement for speed.
