What we do (and don't)

- →Firebase (EU — europe-west1) for auth and band invitations only

2. Data collected and purpose
We collect the strict minimum needed to run the app:

3. Retention period
Your account data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete), all associated server data is wiped within 30 days. Your local data (iPhone + personal iCloud) is never touched by us.
4. Your GDPR rights
Under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (« right to be forgotten »)
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also exercise them directly from the app: Settings → Account → Export / Delete my data.
5. Sub-processors
To run the app, we rely on the following sub-processors:
- Google Firebase (Google Cloud) — Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions · EU — europe-west1 (Belgium)
- Apple (StoreKit + iCloud) — Subscription verification, personal iCloud sync · EU + USA (Apple hosting)
- Sentry (error monitoring) — Anonymized crash diagnostics · EU
6. Data location
Auth and server data are hosted in the European Union (Belgium — europe-west1). Apple StoreKit and iCloud may involve USA transfers under the Data Privacy Framework, in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Cookies and tracking
The app uses no advertising tracker or third-party cookie. No behavioral analytics (like Google Analytics) is installed. Sentry collects only technical, anonymized crash reports.
8. Minors
The app is not intended for children under 13 (USA — COPPA) or under 16 in some EU countries. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to [email protected].
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified in the app. The last update date is displayed at the top of this page.
