Privacy policy
What we collect
Your email address and username, when you create your account. The content you create: bet titles, forfeits, deadlines, outcomes. Your proof photos or videos, and your profile picture if you add one. A technical identifier for your device, only if you turn notifications on.
What we do not do
No advertising, no ad trackers, no profiling. We neither sell nor rent your data. We do not follow your activity outside the app.
Why, and who sees what
Only to make the app work. A bet is visible to its participants alone. Your username, picture and record are visible to your friends. Nobody else has access.
Where your data lives
On Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited), in Europe. It is kept for as long as your account exists. An account whose address is never confirmed is deleted automatically after thirty days.
Notifications
If you turn them on, a device identifier is stored so we can reach you. It is erased when you sign out, and you can switch notifications off at any time in Options or in your device settings.
What we rely on
We process your data to perform the contract between us when you use the app, to meet our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in securing the app and preventing abuse.
Our providers
Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications), Apple (Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases), and Google (Google sign-in). Bet ideas are prepared on our servers and read from the database: your device never contacts a sports data provider.
Your data rights
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, and object to its processing.
View and correct
Most of it is editable directly: username, picture, language and privacy settings, under Options ▸ Edit profile.
Erase everything
Options ▸ Profile stats ▸ Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: account, profile, bets you created, proofs, friendships, invitations and notifications. In bets created by someone else, your username is replaced — the bet belongs to them and stays theirs.
Get a copy
Write to [email protected] from your account's address. We reply within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
