No document network transfer reduces interception risk. Documents remain protected by your IT environment.

Local processing and removing identifiers before sharing reduce risk for data subjects.

Security FAQ

Do PDFs go through the cloud?

No. PDF processing is local. The only network flow is license verification and update checks.

Is a DPA required with Primo Studio?

For locally processed PDF content, Primo Studio does not access the data. A processor agreement is generally not required for this flow, subject to your internal analysis.

Does Primask guarantee 100% anonymization?

No. Primask accelerates and standardizes anonymization, but human review remains mandatory before sharing.

Does the app need Internet?

Internet is needed for activation and update checks. PDF processing remains local.
