These terms govern the use of DocNomi, an app published by Primo-Studio. By downloading or using it, you accept them. We tried to keep them simple.

DocNomi is distributed through the App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement applies to your use of the app; the terms below add to it without replacing it. If they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.
You can use DocNomi twice for free, up to 10 pages each time, with no sign-up and no payment method. After that, a subscription or the lifetime purchase is needed to continue. The trial count is kept in your iCloud Keychain: reinstalling the app doesn't reset it.
Three plans unlock every feature: a monthly subscription (€4.99), a yearly subscription (€29.99) or a lifetime purchase (€79.99, one-time payment, no renewal). Prices shown are those for France; the App Store shows the price for your country before any purchase. One purchase covers Mac and iPhone with the same Apple Account (universal purchase).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same length and at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You cancel it in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
The app's "Restore Purchases" button finds your active subscription or lifetime purchase with the same Apple Account. The sale is made by Apple: refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
DocNomi reads and processes your documents on your device without sending them. Details are in the privacy policy. You remain the sole owner of your documents and of the files created.
DocNomi suggests splits and names based on what it reads on your pages. Automatic reading can get things wrong, especially with a blurry scan, handwriting or an unusual layout. That's why review is mandatory: check the suggested pages and names before saving. Your originals are never changed; still, keep a backup of your important documents.
DocNomi is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Primo-Studio cannot be held liable for a split or a name you approved, or for how the created files are used. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
These terms are governed by French law. If there's a disagreement, write to us first: we'll look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls under the competent French courts, without prejudice to the protective rules of the country where you live.
